Ingredients
 4 cups spring mix
 1 handful broccoli sprouts (or other sprouts of choice)
 1 small handful fresh mint leaves, chopped
 1 cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
 1 pear, diced
 2-3 dried figs or dates, chopped (optional)
 small handful of pistachios (optional)
 salt to taste
Dressing
 juice of 1 lime
 1 tbsp honey
 2 tsp tahini

In the bottom of a large salad bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. Then add the salad ingredients and toss well. Add salt to taste if desired.
